Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi ~Onodera Ritsu no Baai 10~ (世界一初恋 〜小野寺律の場合10〜), alternatively The World's Greatest First Love: The Case of Ritsu Onodera 10, is the tenth volume of the Sekai-ichi Hatsukoi manga series.

Synopsis[]
Emerald manga editor Ritsu Onodera is still putting up with his cantankerous editor in chief—and first love!—Masamune Takano. After much objection, Ritsu’s father finally accepts his decision to break off his engagement with An. On the one hand, Ritsu’s confused about his father’s seeming indifference, while on the other, he wonders if this means he can finally determine his own future…a future with Takano, perhaps?[1]
Plot[]
In "The Case of Ritsu Onodera No.18," Ritsu questions his family's expectations what a future with Takano would be like. Ritsu's mother calls him at work, upset that An Kohinata has canceled the engagement herself, leaving Ritsu distracted at work while he considers things. Takano is still intent on having meals with Ritsu, and the two end up going to Usaway (Subway). Arata Haitani calls Ritsu, and Takano tells Ritsu to stay away from him and finally tells him what happened at Shuudansha. Ritsu tells Takano that his engagement is formally over. They go back to Takano's apartment and have sex, and Takano is more gentle than unusual. The next morning, Ritsu says that he doesn't know what two guys would do together, but Takano says they'd be lovey-dovey and he'd spoil Ritsu rotten.
In "The Case of Ritsu Onodera No.19," Ritsu needs to make a scene more lovey-dovey and he learns more about Takano's past with Haitani. While researching the problem scene, he runs into Saeki and they go for dinner. While getting her a cab, he runs into Haitani, and they share a cab back. Haitani tells Ritsu more about what happened with Takano at Shuudansha. Takano sees Ritsu get out of the cab with Haitani, and he explains what happened more fully that Haitani seduced Takano's girlfriend out of revenge and he's worried he'll try the same with Ritsu. Ritsu later gives his author advice on fixing the scene, drawing from what Takano shared with him.
In “The Case of Shouta Kisa No.7,” Shouta Kisa is worried about keeping up with Kou Yukina as he gets older. It’s particularly on his mind since it’s just about March 14th, his 31st birthday. Yukina, not having known the exact date until now, fusses over giving Kisa a good birthday, but that’s the exact opposite of what Kisa wants, and Kisa ends up yelling at him. After cooling off, on the 14th Kisa goes to wait for Yukina’s shift at Marimo Books to end to meet up with him, but ends up catching him being crowded by a lot of young girls, only feeding into his anxiety about their age gap even more. Kisa ends up leaving the store, but Yukina catches sight of him and ends up waiting at Kisa’s apartment for him to get home. Kisa explains just what was bugging him so much about him getting one year older, and Yukina is relieved to hear it was that, and not something that he had done wrong. The next morning, they exchange gifts, Kisa giving him handmade chocolates for White Day, and Yukina gifting him a ring for his birthday and a bunny-eared hoodie for White Day.
In “The Case of Shouta Kisa No.7.5,” Yukina is curious about Kisa’s erogenous zones, so Kisa tells him about how licking the roof of his mouth is a turn on. Yukina is sad because he wanted to figure something like that on his own, so he resolves to lick every part of Kisa’s body to find more for himself.
